Malaysian Association for Training Providers

 Dear Esteemed MATPRO Members and Members of the Training Fraternity, as we step into a brand-new year, on behalf of the Malaysian Association for Training Providers (MATPRO), I extend my warmest New Year greetings to our MATPRO members, the wider training fraternity, Trainers, partners, and stakeholders who have contributed meaningfully to MATPRO’s journey. Special appreciation to HRD Corp for its significant support to Training Providers, and also to the Ministry of Human Resources, MATRADE, MPC, MDEC, and OUM for their participation in MATPRO’s 2025 capacity-building initiatives and their contributions to the growth of the training ecosystem.

2025 was a year of stronger engagement, meaningful collaborations, increased visibility, and growing unity within the Training Provider ecosystem. MATPRO’s growth in relevance and credibility as an industry voice would not have been possible without the trust and commitment of our members and all stakeholders. We encourage even greater participation as we move forward together.

The training industry is increasingly borderless, outcome-driven, and competitive. Employers now expect relevance, digital capability, scalability, and measurable impact. As commoditisation grows, Training Providers must shift from selling courses to delivering solutions that demonstrate ROI and business value. MATPRO aspires to play a stronger role in supporting members through positioning, partnerships, capability building, and collective access to opportunities.

We acknowledge and appreciate the continued support and policy direction from Government Agencies and Strategic Partners in areas such as skills development, workforce upskilling, productivity, ESG, and digital transformation. These initiatives raise industry standards while opening opportunities for compliant and credible Training Providers. Thank you all for your continued support and belief in MATPRO.  Wishing everyone a great start to 2026.
